These are Ghost/Grass pokemon called Vooboo (small) and Voomazon (big). (voodoo- Boo) (Voodoo- amazon)
They live in deep jungles or swamps. Not oe is the same, the patterns of their masks are different for each one and usually have either spears or blowpipes. Hope you like um! Comments

 You blended cute and chunky with freaky and frightening quite well.
-- "I have fury!" - Fawful, Beanbean's best poet  pretty awesome man, but i dunno 'bout the spear and blowpipe idea (maybe it could just randomly blow the treacherous lil darts right from its mouth!), not too many pokemon have external weaponry, although they wouldn't be the first
i.e. (marowak, blastoise, farfretch'd) okay... nvr mind, but seriously they're great Yer i was gunna mention the external weaponry thing lol, maybe your right, they could blow them from their mouths?

-- Baboon obsessed. #1 Goukazaru/Infernape fan. If you haven't read A Series of Unfortunate Events, you don't know what humour is.  I just have to fave this... these are so... wickedly awesome. I can’t really describe it, because I love their whole design as full, particularly the Voomazon. And the Vooboo goes perfectly in the line. If they here real, no doubt it would be a favourite pokémon of mine.
