A female charizard hunting at night, being carful not to burn anything with her tail. Charizards have a natural weakness hunting at night as they glow in the dark, but this young female hasnt eaten in a while and she has two new charmander hatchlings waiting to be fed back at the cliff cave, she had no group to protect her so she must fend for herself.
Most males dont stay around to rear their young and leave that to the females. More females are born than males in their species and large groups usually consist of higher females looking after younger members of the group, though sometimes it has been known for a male to stay with a group to protect them, especially if their numbers are small.
Males usually break off to find new breeding grounds when they evolve into Charizards, to stop inbreeding.

She would be very lucky to catch anything but shes too hungry to wait til dawn. Charizards usually hunt by air and surprising their prey from above, they are natural gliders.
This female however has no large cliffs to catch that much needed lift so she must hunt on foot, alone.
