Diglett are curious little creatures but can cause a lot of destruction.
Digletts are small pokemon that can dig extreamly fast through the earth and have claws so sharp that they can dig through tree roots.
However their claws are raely seen as they do not often surface fully in public areas. In ancient times they were thought not to have bodies and wer part of the earth itself but obviously this was merely due to superstition brought on by only ever seeing their heads pop from the ground.
Thier bodies are actually are almost bullet shaped and have powerful claws on each of their feet.

They usually live in small groups but it is not rare for large amounts to join together to make what is called a 'super colony'. These groups can cause devatation as they build complex tunnel systems under the ground and the more tunnels their are the weaker the ground gets. This can cause 'cave ins' where the ground simply falls in on itself and on mountain ranges can cause avalances. Many people dont like diglett living near their homes as they ruin lawns and can cause pits that could cause damage to their houses.

They eat small insects in their earth so have no reason to venture above ground. they have poor eyesight and even sunlight can cause damage to their eyes. In battle diglett are good for sneak or evasive attacks but are not strong on power. When released from their ball they will immidetly dig into the earth, it is never recommended to use a diglett on hard surfaces or near water as they are redered pretty much useless.
