The scientists became bolder. The original DNA was thought to be too damaged to use as a whole but one scientist found a way to restore the DNA.
They created Regigigas.
At first all attempts to revive the monolith were faliures, asumed inactivatable it was left to gather dust and plants began to grow on it.
It was only when the three other Regi's were awakened that the golieth began to stur.
No one was to know of the danger when the three R.E.G.I's were awakened.
Another facility had been working on similar projects using pokemon DNA, but something had gone wrong. An extreamly powerful pokemon had escaped, a creature bred from an ancient pokemon found in some distant ruins.
The trio were awakened to stop this creature but it disappeared.
No one had bothered to check the fourth R.E.G.I... and it was too late.
It had unspeakable power, tearing across the land destroying anything in its path.
It seemed to have the ability to control the others and they broke free... there seemed no way to stop them. The army threw the best it had at them but it was no use.
Three days they reined havok and destruction down apon city after city, until the fourth day... suddenly they stopped.. . they just stopped. Thye locked them away, deep underground, they couldnt be destroyed so we just pray that they will never wake...
They called the day it bagan the day of reckoning.
I left soon after to live in my old home town, to get away from the death and meddling with nature.
I still curse that day, the day when I created Regigigas... the king of giants.
